A growing, innovative food manufacturer in SoCal is seeking an Operations Manager to join their leadership team. This is an opportunity to make a major impact at a fast-scaling, health-focused company known for its premium natural snack products.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day production and operational activities, helping the company scale to meet growing demand. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of food manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory control, logistics, and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met.
• Oversee production scheduling, materials management, and supply chain logistics.
• Manage and optimize inventory systems, including use of Syn 7 ERP.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Partner with leadership on long-term strategic planning and operational scalability.
