Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to callers
Help with simple troubleshooting and submit support tickets as needed
Schedule appointments and document conversations for follow-up
Required Qualifications
A quiet place to work and reliable high-speed internet
A computer (Windows-based), dual monitors preferred, and a USB-wired headset
A high school diploma or GED
The ability to pass a background check
Availability between 9 am - 6 : 30 pm EST, Monday-Friday
