Overview

Description : We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Recruiter to join our team supporting behavioral health and substance abuse treatment programs. The Recruiter will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals affected by mental health disorders and substance use.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program directors, clinical leadership, and HR to understand hiring needs across counseling, nursing, case management, and support staff roles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify top talent, including licensed clinicians, recovery specialists, peer support professionals, and administrative staff.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer coordination.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, outreach, professional associations, colleges, and community partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational hiring regulations, particularly related to healthcare and behavioral health standards.
• Promote the organization's mission and values to candidates, emphasizing our commitment to recovery, inclusivity, and compassionate care.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement.
