• education, the military, health care, government, nonprofits, and more.
• What It Means to be a Reingold Instructional Design Intern As an ID intern, you will meaningfully contribute to your projects as a valued member of your team, while being supported by our structured internship program.
• Reingold’s program provides regular check-ins, professional development and learning opportunities, and fun team bonding events.
• ID interns will learn the ins and outs of the training department while collaborating with and learning from other departments across Reingold.
• You’ll gain hands-on development experience, hone your ADDIE and project management skills, and gain exposure to a range of industries.
• Interns work directly with experienced, passionate consultants and creative specialists.
• We’re all about initiative, and we encourage interns to tailor their experience to their interests and strengths!
• Internships are full-time (40 hours) during the standard workweek and pay an hourly rate of $20.
• The internship class begins on Thursday, January 8, 2026 and runs through Friday, May 22, 2026.

Your day-to-day duties may include, but are not limited to :

Performing hands-on, entry-level instructional design tasks that may include researching, drafting course materials, and conducting quality control activities  A Reingold intern must have the following qualifications and skills :
