We're currently seeking a Jira System Administrator to join our team at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, VA . This pivotal role supports the Air Combat Command's Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Major Command —a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to national security missions.

What You'll Do

As a Jira System Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our technical operations—enhancing and maintaining the unit's Target Production Management System. You'll collaborate across internal teams and external partners, driving technical excellence and mission success. Your responsibilities will include :

• Architecting custom Jira / Confluence projects, workflows, permission schemes, field configurations, automations, and dashboards
• Managing secure access controls and performing security audits to safeguard system integrity
• Performing database reviews to ensure consistent field usage and accurate reporting; resolving data issues across teams
• Creating JQL filters and custom Confluence pages that enhance productivity and visibility
• Providing Tier II / III troubleshooting, guidance, and support to users and fellow Jira Admins
• Improving, automating, and optimizing Jira / Confluence processes to drive efficiency
• Leading training sessions to empower end-users with the skills to thrive using Atlassian tools

Pay Range :

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
