Boise, ID Omaha, NE McKinney, TX Victorville, CA Riverside, CA Indian Wells, CA Orange, CA Medical, dental, and vision insurance (2 weeks) Paid time off and 8 paid holidays $750+ annual CEU reimbursement for professional development 401(k) with up to 4% match (vested after 1 year) Frequent team events, social lunches, and a positive center culture Expanding company offering long-term career growth potential Involvement in innovative research initiatives and academic collaborations, including work with UCLA Collaborate with teachers and case managers in the Nampa School District Work on IEP goals approved by the district Support Behavior Therapists with managing behaviors Design, implement, and oversee data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data Prepare accurate reports on client progress, behavior assessment outcomes, and intervention strategies Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality Collaborate with BCBAs and Program Supervisors to support peers and promote clinical consistency Supervise, coach, and train a team of Behavior Therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA Lead bimonthly team meetings, provide performance feedback, and facilitate professional growth Maintain 30 billable hours per week Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Current BCBA certification Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms) TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance CANS certification is preferred CPI or MANDT training certification is preferred Spanish-speaking is a plus

- Base salary of $80,000–$95,000
- Up to $6,000 in annual performance bonuses (paid monthly)
