As an Oracle HCM Consultant you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Experience : - 10+ Years

Location : - Remote

Educational Qualifications : -

  • Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc.
  • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory skills

  • Oracle HCM , OCI, Healthcare

    • Responsibilities : -

    Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle HCM APIs, and web services.
  • Experience with HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
  • Solid understanding of data migration, transformation, and integration best practices.
  • Familiarity with security protocols, identity management, and OCI IAM.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud and / or OCI are a plus.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines in OCI.
  • Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid integration scenarios.

    • Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools.
