Compensation Package :

Gross Weekly Pay : $2406

W2 Rate : $29.00 / hr.

Per Diem (Housing & Meals – Non-Taxable) : $1246 / week

Requirements : -

Must have 2 years of relevant experience.

Active Physical Therapist license of South Dakota state.

BLS by AHA required.
