Job Location : Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid 2 days at home 3 days at the office)

Salary : Competitive Salary DOE, Benefits, 401k, Bonus Potential

Requirements : 5+ Years Design Experience in Multifamily or Hospitality sectors, ground up and renovation work

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect with expertise in multi-family residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and sustainable design practices, with proven experience in leading teams and collaborating effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role requires proficiency in REVIT and a deep understanding of building codes, construction documentation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of multi-family residential projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and review architectural designs, construction drawings, and documentation using REVIT and AutoCAD.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate client communication to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
  • NCARB certification and a valid architectural license are required.
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, particularly in multi-family housing.
  • Strong proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD; experience with other design software is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and sustainable design practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
