Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions guests may have.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale software.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Process payments and handle guest transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
