ABR is recruiting a NIGHT Shift Lead / Production Supervisor for a top notch company in Central WI.

Hours are currently 5 : 45 p.m. – 6 : 00 a.m., 7 on and 7 off. You will be required to work every other weekend. Starting wage is $33.69 per hour. Excellent benefits package with fantastic 401K match!

The NIGHT Shift Lead / Production Supervisor  will be responsible for the performance of the team. They are responsible for the safety, quality, cost, and production aspects of their team. The shift lead is the team leader and will direct and coordinate the work of the team to meet production, quality, and yield targets. A successful applicant will be responsible for safely operating equipment in the assigned area while maintaining a high degree of quality for our products and working as efficiently as possible for our continuous operation facilities.

NIGHT Shift Lead / Production Supervisor Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Work Environment :

Work Environment :

• Must have CDL license or be willing to work toward a CDL. A CDL is required for this position.
• Must have knowledge of all lines and the ability to operate all equipment.
• Ability to work in potentially loud environments, different physical environments, or in various weather conditions
• Must be able to move about in the processing areas and be able to do the following : lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for sustained periods; climb stairs and ladders; bend; reach; push; pull, enter tanks, and wear harness
• Able to work in cold and hot environments for extended periods of time.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts
• Bring items into focus
• Ability to safely drive a forklift and other equipment.
