About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Systems Administrator to join our team and support the delivery, maintenance, and innovation of our digital banking platforms, ensuring seamless and secure experiences for our members.

The Digital Systems Administrator is the subject matter expert for the digital platform offerings and core system support. This role will manage Meridian Trust's digital platforms from concept to delivery and production stages. The position is specifically responsible for the technical management and support of remote services including ATM / ITMs, digital banking platform, and digital service offerings. The Digital Systems Administrator ensures our product offerings bring value to our members through innovative and high-quality digital products that achieve the strategic objectives of the credit union. The role also functions as tier 1 support for core system related issues.
