Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand. Assess and coach team members for service excellence. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization. Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement. Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards. Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks. 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check. Valid driver’s license required for banking duties. Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary. Regularly required to : Remain standing for long periods of time. Talk and hear, verbally expressing ideas and important instructions. Use hands and fingers to handle or feel; type, pick, pinch with fingers, seize, hold, grasp, or turn with hands. Perceive attributes of objects and materials, such as size, shape, temperature, or texture, by touch. Frequently required to : Walk about. Maintain balance while walking, standing, crouching, or running. Reach up and out with hands and arms. Lift and push / pull up to 40 pounds over a distance of 20 feet. Occasionally required to : Climb stairs or ladders. Twist the upper torso. Stand for long periods without a break. Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Lift and push / pull up to 50 pounds over a distance of 15 feet.
