Finisher - Contractor – A

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Finisher.

Position Type : Full time, Contract to Hire

Duration : 12months

Location : Amityville, NY 11701 ( Onsite / 2nd Shift / 3 : 30pm-1am)

Job Description :

• Work with various equipment to perform the following functions :
• Mask using proper protective tape to mask and unmask per work instruction.
• Sand using proper equipment (Da or dotco sanding equipment) and appropriate sandpaper grit
• Mix and apply various sealants and adhesives and ensure integrity per work instruction
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high performing, and inclusive environment
• Observe industry best practices for FOD, 5S, and material handling controls.
• Ensure that you are following all safety requirements / PPE
• Promote and facilitate lean manufacturing principles within an environment of continuous improvement
