Planning & Delivery introduction

Planning & Delivery (P&D) supports ASMLs growth trajectory, resolving challenges caused by strong growth in volume and complexity in our systems.

Within ASML, Planning & Delivery is an unbiased party, balancing demand and requests from customers against a stretched, however realistic view on our capability while also facilitating all good flows in a compliant and cost-effective way. This is done transparently and in close collaboration with all internal P&D interfaces, including all ASML factories worldwide.

The Delivery team oversees replenishment (inbound), service and packaging logistics

This role of Operations Management sits in the Replenishment and Field Service Hub teams

Role and Responsibilities

Management and oversight of ASMLs service providers for warehousing, and Field Service Hub to a master service level agreement, including service and cost metrics

Manage local 3PL relationships, supporting weekly business reviews

Establish daily process which seamless support business workflow

Manage escalation process ensuring business continuity relating to availability of materials that are reflected in our WMS

Define, drive and deliver optimization projects in this domain to drive cost down, material availability up and / or performance up

Overseeing all operations in the Replenishment Hub by reviewing service level agreements, KPIs, and order fulfillment

Generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment time, and safety incidents

Education and experience

5+ years experience in managing global supply chain network, overseeing logistics and warehousing operations and managing 3PLs

Experience in internal and external warehouse and transportation management working with logistics providers.

Experience using SAP for inventory management and warehousing processes

Experience with complex supply chains with strong engineering focus.

Leadership experience & managing senior stakeholders

Experience with Project Management & Process Standardization

Experience working in matrix organization with regional and global responsibilities

Background within the Semiconductor industry is preferred.

University background : Bachelors Degree preferred or 7 years experience in Operations

Additional Responsibilities for Wilton Site :

There may be potential for possible exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents
