First Western Bank & Trust has a full-time opening for an on-site Card Services Specialist at the West Fargo Bank location.

CARD SERVICES SPECIALIST POSITION OVERVIEW :

Assist with the management of First Western Bank and Trust’s credit and debit card programs

• Assist in answering customer credit and debit card questions and resolving maintenance issues
• Assist with management of card service operations
• Understand the debit card dispute process and assist with procedures / processing of disputes
• Ensure timely response and resolution of customer questions and issues in a timely, professional manner via telephone, email or in-person
• Assist with and participate in the implementation of new products and services
• Assist with researching, compiling, and preparing reports (daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly) or other information
• Maintain executive confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and the Bank’s policies and procedures, including the Bank Secrecy Act
• Maintain continuing education related to regulatory standards
