A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage subscription renewals for lower-dollar accounts and maintain high customer retention
Handle inbound leads by qualifying inquiries and transitioning them to appropriate sellers
Update CRM with customer interactions and collaborate with teams to enhance sales processes
Qualifications :
3-5+ years of experience in inside sales, renewals, or customer success
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant business experience
Experience in a subscription-based business or SaaS environment is preferred
