We’re seeking a Legal Assistant to join our personal injury team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and wants to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.

Compensation : $48,000

Responsibilities :

• Support the Paralegal Manager handling personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft and format legal documents — including demand letters, pleadings, and discovery.
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives.
• Organize medical records, bills, and case documentation.
• File legal documents with courts (electronically and in person).
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and hearing schedules.
• Assist in trial preparation : exhibits, witness coordination, and trial binders.
• Maintain organized and confidential case files.
