Damar Services is looking for a talented and motivated Intensive Foster Care Supervisor to join our team. The Intensive Foster Care Supervisor is responsible for completion of treatment plan development and implementation, data collection, and behavioral intervention in individual treatment of intensive mental health and behavioral services. Assists the IFC Director with oversight of the clinicians and staff within IFCS. Responsible for maintaining and reviewing clinical documentation of all services provided. The IFC Supervisor co-leads with the Director, a multidisciplinary team that supports high acuity youth in out-of-home placements. Co-leads the IFC Crisis Response Team and provides crisis responses to IFC youth and families. Ensures IFC providers and services are in line with the current IFC Service Standard as outlined by DCS.
