Mobile Device Test Engineer

Title : Device Test Engineer

Location : Greenwood Village CO 80111 (onsite) / Open for relocation

Duration : 6 months Contract

Primary Responsibilities / Tasks of Device Test Engineer :

• Min 5+ yrs of Experience with different Cellular / Mobile Devices based on iOS operating systems
• Strong knowledge of 3GPP 5G SA / NSA, 4G LTE mobile technologies and architecture.
• Good understanding of 3GPP standards; signalling call flows, Layers 1 / 2 / 3
• Develop and execute device test plans, and validate Mobile device cellular feature capabilities 5G, VoNR, VoLTE, VoWiFi, LTE)
• Experience with different cellular modem chipsets - Qualcomm (QCOM), MediaTek (MTK), Samsung (LSI), etc
• Experience with modem logging / analysis tools such as QXDM, QPST, XCAL, XCAP
• Familiarity with SIM / eSIM design and provisioning flows
• Experience in testing Wi-Fi and Passpoint configurations (HS2.0 / 802.1x / WPA3)
• Analyze, determine, and document issues; Communicate testing progress / technical reports
• Basic programming skills, especially in Python
• Is Proactive and works independently with minimal supervision
