General Helper

Job Title : General Helper (Manufacturing)

Job Summary :

As a General Helper, you'll work on the production line - packing products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring quality standards are met. No experience is required - we provide full training!

Shifts & Pay :

• 1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM | $14.00 / hour
• 2nd Shift : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM | $14.50 / hour
• 3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM | $14.75 / hour Schedule : Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities :

Inspect and ensure product quality on the production line

Stack and pack pancakes and waffles into boxes

Palletize and wrap finished products

Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and GMP standards

Follow instructions from team leads and supervisors

Assist and cooperate with team members, including new hires

Requirements :

Must be 18 years of age or older

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Able to stand for long periods (8+ hours)

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working in environments that may be very hot or very cold, depending on the production area

Basic math skills

Attention to detail

Good communication skills (bilingual English / Spanish preferred)

Ability to follow safety and quality procedures

Preferred (Not Required) :

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
