Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Custodial Manager 2 to oversee daily operations of an 800+ bed hospital on the 3rd shift with rotating weekends and holidays for UF Health Jacksonville Downtown Campus located in Jacksonville, Florida. The Custodial Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager on the 2nd shift and will be responsible to oversee a team of 20-25 frontline housekeeping employees. Will need to be flexible to assist other shifts when business needs arise. Approximate hours are 10 : 30PM - 7 : 30AM.

What You'll Do

• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
• Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce
