Join the Tuition Support Squad! We\'re looking for upbeat, experienced call center pros to support employees using tuition benefits. Help troubleshoot login issues, explain policies, and guide folks through the reimbursement process—with empathy and clarity!

What You\'ll Do

  • Answer calls about tuition assistance and eligibility
  • Help with document audits and submission fixes
  • Make tuition policies easy to understand

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of customer service (call center = bonus!)
  • Basic Outlook + computer skills
  • Strong communication chops
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Pay and Start Date

  • Pay : $18.75 / hr (weekly pay)
  • Start Date : October 13
  • Hours : M-F, 6am-6pm (8-hour shift within this window)
  • Location and Remote Work

  • Location : Westminster, CO 80020
  • Remote (with a twist) : 6-8 weeks of onsite training, then remote if performance and attendance expectations are met
  • Applicants must be in commutable distance to Westminster or Broomfield surrounding areas
