Compensation : $115,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

The Role - Finance Manager (Future CFO Track)
As the Finance Manager , you'll play a hands-on role in guiding company performance, partnering directly with executives, and influencing key business decisions. This isn't just about reporting numbers - it's about using them to drive results and shape strategy .
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Analyze performance trends and translate insights into actionable business strategies
Build and maintain financial models that support strategic initiatives, growth planning, and ROI evaluation
Partner with leadership across departments to align financial goals with operational priorities
Develop presentations and reports for executive leadership and board-level discussions
Mentor and develop finance team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimization

Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
5-8 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and modeling expertise
Proven success influencing senior leadership and supporting executive-level decision-making
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred : MBA, CPA, or CMA
Experience in multi-entity or healthcare organizations
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, Lawson, or PeopleSoft)
