RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides individual, family, and group counseling to adults and families; provides clinical assessments, intakes, and develops treatment plans; effectively interfaces with courts, social services; provides community education, consultation, and emergency services; understands the functioning of treatment court, while promoting recovery through coordinated response by utilizing a team approach.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1 : Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work that includes coursework for licensure by the Virginia Department of Health Professions as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner in Virginia required. Successful completion of the graduate level coursework required from the licensing board to begin licensure supervision / residency must be documented on the graduate degree transcript and provided upon request.
M2 : Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$46,925 - $82,119
$5000 Sign on Bonus
15% Increase for Licensure
7% Increase for Resident / Supervisee
