In this role, you'll lead pharmacy services at your hospital site - ensuring that our clinical standards, safety practices, and performance goals reflect Legacy's commitment to compassion and professionalism. You'll shape a collaborative environment that supports your team's development and advances our pharmacy practice to the highest level.

Responsibilities :

You'll be a trusted leader who :

• Oversees the day-to-day clinical pharmacy operations - including staff scheduling, orientation, competency assessments, annual reviews, and financial stewardship.
• Champions evidence-based practice and safe medication use through clinical initiatives, education, and continuous quality improvement.
• Builds strong relationships with administrative, medical, nursing, and support teams to provide seamless, cost-effective care for every patient.
• Develops your team - from pharmacists to PGY1 residents and students - fostering their professional growth and expertise.
• Drives safety and quality through regular safety reviews, regulatory compliance, ICAREs follow-up, and system-level pharmacy projects.
• Manage the inpatient pharmacy team at your hospital, working closely with your pharmacy operations counterpart to support all facets of the pharmacy.
