We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Controller (SOX compliance) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in SOX compliance, G / L Accounting, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Strategic Planning. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in these areas.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Controller (SOX compliance), you will play a pivotal role in our company's finance department. Your responsibilities will include :

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Ensuring our company's compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
• Developing and implementing strategic financial plans to support our company's growth and profitability objectives.
• Managing our general ledger and ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
• Working closely with our hospitality team to develop and implement financial strategies that support our hospitality operations.
• Staying up-to-date with IFRS regulations and governmental accounting principles and ensuring our company's compliance with these regulations.
• Providing leadership and direction to our accounting team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
