job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWrite, edit, and assemble business volumes, price proposals, and cost narratives in compliance with government requirements Lead the price proposal development process from pre-proposal to post-proposal phases Translate complex information and data into clear, persuasive price volumes Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and compelling proposal narratives Manage production of cost / price proposals and track action items to completion Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 14+ years of proposal experience Federal government pricing experience and knowledge of the federal procurement process Expertise in various contract types, including fixed price and cost reimbursable Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Master's degree in a related field Experience in the medical / healthcare industry, particularly with Medicare rates Knowledge of AI-assisted productivity tools Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense Consistent availability on an Eastern and Central time zone schedule
