job_description.job_card.job_description$100 per Hospital at Home visit (average 70 minutes) $55-$65 per hour for traditional Home Health visits (wound care, ostomy care, etc.) Flexible scheduling : weekdays or weekends-let us know what works best for you! Current and unrestricted RN license in Texas Minimum 1 year of acute hospital experience (For H@H visits) Strong vascular access skills : blood draws, IV starts, venipuncture lab draws Comfortable and confident with IV starts Wound care experience Port experience is a plus Reliable transportation and auto insurance Ability to pass state and federal background checks Current CPR / BLS certification Recent TB test or chest X-ray (within the last year)

Bring your acute hospital skills into the comfort of a patient's home, providing the same level of care they would receive in the hospital-delivered one-on-one, right where they feel most comfortable.
