Position Responsibilities

  • Plans, manages and directs the work of Production and other manufacturing supervisors.
  • Ensures cost effective, quality production of products.
  • Monitors scraps and losses due to production.
  • Ensures a safe working environment for employees / contractors.
  • Participates in accident investigation processes.
  • Performs shift supervisor duties when necessary.
  • Promotes positive employee relations.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.).
  • Performs other duties as directed by supervision and as part of essential job functions.
  • Adheres to work schedules, attendance policies, and other operating rules, policies and procedures.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Five or more years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience.

    • Essential Job Requirements

  • Associate or higher college degree.
  • Completion of formal management skills training program.
