Billing and Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Billing, Collections and Denials Account Representative II Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage billing, follow-up, and denials to ensure timely collection on assigned accounts receivable

Examine contracts and payer agreements to understand reimbursement methodologies and reconcile patient accounts

Communicate with patients and insurance companies to obtain necessary information for accurate billing and collections

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Graduate or equivalent required

3 years of relevant work experience required

Working knowledge of the Revenue Cycle and related departments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel

Ability to work in a fully remote or hybrid environment
