PrideStaff Financial is assisting a national manufacturer in search of a talented Customer Service Call Center Representative in Woodland, CA. This position will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and work closely with other team members in the branch entering customer orders, verifying inventory, and providing administrative assistance to the Customer Service Supervisor as needed. The ideal person will have one year of experience in a customer service role with data entry proficiency. Come join a fun and dynamic team!

Qualifications for the Customer Service Call Center Representative

• Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company's products and services to go off-script when necessary
• Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
• Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller's request, including follow-ups with escalation team
• High volume data entry proficiency / accuracy
• At least one year of customer service or call center experience
• Administrative experience / skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Professional telephone etiquette
• High school diploma or GED
