Description : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud and systems integrations. The role requires strong leadership in designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading architecture discussions, and delivering seamless integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strategic vision and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Service Cloud and related modules.
- Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
- Provide technical leadership in Salesforce best practices, data modeling, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to align architecture with business needs.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture principles, integration standards, and coding best practices.
- Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring high-quality technical deliverables.
- Define governance frameworks for Salesforce releases and integrations.
- Support pre-sales and solutioning activities by contributing to proposals, solution demos, and technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture.Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Case Management, and CTI integrations.Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit).Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and security model.Experience with CI / CD, DevOps practices (Copado, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.Good to Have :
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA.Certifications such as Salesforce Integration Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect.Experience in multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud).Knowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous integrations (Platform Events, Kafka).Exposure to industry-specific solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
