We are looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing team. Youll have opportunities to educate clients, recommend coverage enhancements, and contribute to agency growth. With a base salary plus commission and bonuses, earning potential ranges from $45,000 to $70,000+ per year . Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals
  • Support customers with claims assistance, ensuring a smooth process
  • Resolve customer issues with care and efficiency, escalating when necessary
  • Educate customers on insurance products and recommend additional coverage when appropriate
  • Cross sell clients
  • Retain clients

Requirements

  • Willing to obtain Property & Casualty License
  • Willing to work during Pacific Standard Time Office Hours
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Strong communication skills ability to explain insurance policies clearly
  • Active listening & problem-solving abilities understand concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Attention to detail accurately process policy changes and claims
  • Tech-savvy proficient with CRM systems, email, and insurance software
  • Multitasking skills handle multiple inquiries while maintaining excellent service
  • Sales & upselling mindset identify customer needs and offer policy enhancements
