Regional Vice President of Healthcare

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President (Healthcare / RCM).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve regional goals

Drive financial performance and oversee business development to increase market share

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage operational processes for service excellence

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA / MHA) or related field preferred

Minimum of five years' experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related healthcare operations

Deep understanding of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, and claims processing

Expertise in analyzing payer contracts and negotiating reimbursement terms

Experience in managing appeals and disputes with payers for claim recovery
