Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our team at ATC Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient nutritional needs and developing tailored dietary plans to promote health and wellness. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' nutritional needs.
  • Develop individualized care plans that address weight loss, health coaching, and dietary management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement nutrition interventions within hospital settings.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes to support long-term wellness.
  • Stay current with dietary guidelines and best practices in dietetics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD / RDN) credential is required.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques and patient assessment methods.
  • Experience in long-term care or hospital settings is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
