What We’re Looking For :

Active CNA license

Skilled in Excel & Word

Familiar with scheduling software (Hosted Time a plus)

Knowledge of AHCA regulations

Strong people skills & ability to balance staff and facility needs

Your Mission :

Build and maintain staffing schedules for nurses & CNAs

Partner with HR on onboarding & staffing needs

Coordinate in-services and trainings

Cover shifts, manage absences, and track attendance
