Pega Product Owner (New York)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Product Owner to join one of our largest utility clients in New York. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Pega Infinity 2023 and strong software deployment experience.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to changing projects and ensure smooth operations between development and QA teams.

This role involves managing the product lifecycle, from development to rollout, and ensuring successful product testing.

Key Responsibilities :

Own and manage the product backlog.

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Participate in sprint activities and develop detailed user stories.

Oversee and participate in product testing.

Manage the deployment process.

Effectively communicate product vision and progress.

Act as a liaison between development and QA teams to ensure smooth synchronization and communication.

Oversee projects from discovery to production, including non-communicating AMI meters follow-up and case management for executive complaints.

Experience with AI implementation in applications, particularly Pega AI and Agentforce.

Proficiency in integrating AI into platforms to assist end users.

Strong analytical skills for providing instant references and customer account analytics.

Experience with introducing and managing AI resources, such as Knowledge Buddy from Pega.

Familiarity with Agile development practices.

5 years of extensive experience with Pega, specifically Pega Infinity 2023.

Software Deployment experience

Strong background in product testing and quality assurance.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience working with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure product alignment.
