A company is looking for a Founding Technical Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the end-to-end hiring process for Engineering, Product, and Design roles, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management
Continuously refine recruitment processes using data-driven insights and optimize pipeline efficiency with ATS systems
Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build recruitment marketing efforts
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with in-house experience at a high-growth startup
Experience sourcing for Engineering, Product, and Design positions and building relationships with talent
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple roles and responsibilities
Data-focused with experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Based in NYC with the ability to work in the office 4 days per week
