Reports To : Director of Marketing and Sales

Overview :

Engauge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing and communications efforts for one of our Midland-based manufacturing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and detail-oriented — capable of managing multiple tasks, supporting digital content and social media initiatives, and assisting with day-to-day administrative and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide Daily Marketing Support : Assist the Director of Marketing and Marketing Lead with project coordination, scheduling, and administrative needs.
• Digital Content Management : Update and maintain website pages, landing pages, and internal intranet content using WordPress.
• Social Media & Communication : Create and schedule engaging posts to promote company services, programs, and events across various platforms.
• Photography & Visual Assets : Capture photos of products, employees, and company events; maintain organized image and content libraries.
• Trade Show & Event Support : Help prepare marketing materials, displays, and logistics for trade shows and customer visits.
• Administrative & Database Support : Maintain marketing databases, assist with ordering promotional materials, and support team communication efforts.
• Writing & Research : Contribute to drafting marketing collateral, internal communications, and technical or safety-related messaging.
