Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

100% Outpatient Geriatric / PACE clinic - $325,000+ Base Salary Negotiable) 2 hours from San Diego, CA

• Federally qualified health center with loan repayment available
• Geriatric interest needed. Group is building a brand-new state of the art PACE clinic and looking for physicians to staff this clinic. Expected to open in January, 2026.
• Clinic is located 2 hours East of San Diego, CA. Local airport in town with daily flights to LAX in Los Angeles, CA.
• Group has 13 clinics total in southern California and expanding soon with 6 more clinics.
• 100% outpatient practice with no call obligations or weekends.

• Must be interested in working with and serving the medically under-served patient population. Spanish speaking is not required as they do have translators available as needed.
• Group is very negotiable on the salary, sign-on bonus and relocation bonus. NHSC student loan incentives available and group is willing to negotiate direct assistance as well.
• Housing stipend for 6 months at $1500 per month.
• Retention bonuses are negotiable.
