As a Service Porter, you will play a key role in ensuring that our service area runs smoothly by assisting with the movement of vehicles, organizing the lot, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Assist in the movement and parking of vehicles within the service department
- Keep the service area and lot organized, clean, and orderly
- Assist service technicians with retrieving and delivering vehicles
- Provide support to the service team during busy periods
- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate areas
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
