Specialty Pharmacy Manager (US, Remote)

Location : Remote position but candidates will ideally live in Boston or EST time zone.

Position Summary : This is a full-time position within our Market Access department working 9am – 5pm.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000

Ready to take the lead in specialty pharmacy? We're recruiting for a Speciality Pharmacy Manager to lead on impactful projects, drive contract excellence, and strengthen key partnerships with our speciality pharmacies. In this role, you'll ensure compliance with high standards and work closely with our Associate Director of Specialty Distribution to deliver meaningful results and long-term value.

You'll collaborate closely with various other departments in the business including, Cycle Vita (patient support hub), Supply chain, Sales, Finance and various other departments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion in supporting patients within the rare disease space.

What you'll be doing in this role :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our specialty pharmacy partners.
• Act as the primary contact for network operations, performance, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance with scorecards, KPIs and resolve issues as and when needed.
