Starting right out of college, I spent 12 years in Auto Claims before opening my agency in 1996. Over the years, Ive built a foundation of trust, service, and commitment that drives everything we do. Our team is made up of 6 full-time and 2 part-time professionals who work together to create a supportive and high-performing environment. ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Frederickson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
