Customer Quality Engineer

This Position reports to : Customer Quality Manager. The work model for the role is Onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Voice of the Customer within the organization.
• Facilitate resolution of customer cases by following robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
• Use quality data analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
• Enable and coach employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer / stakeholder point of view.

Qualifications

Candidates must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the United States.
