The Senior Manager, RCM FP&A is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on financial planning and analysis for RCM operations across the US Oncology Network. Supporting over $14B in revenue and $3B in AR, this role delivers deep financial insights into AR aging, collection rates, bad debt, and payer adjustments. It partners with regional business offices and headquarters-level functions to drive performance improvements and mitigate financial risks.
The Senior Manager serves as a strategic advisor to leadership, synthesizing complex financial data into digestible formats for physicians and executives. This role leads budgeting and forecasting efforts, develops financial models, and champions automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance transparency and forecast accuracy.

Minimum Requirement
Degree and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master's or Doctorate qualifications.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) in finance, analytics, or related field preferred.
Critical Skills
Experience : 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex forecasting and budgeting initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.
Technical Skills : Deep expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and AI / ML applications for forecasting. Mastery of Excel, Power BI / Tableau, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
Leadership : Recognized as an in-house expert and lead contributor; experience mentoring others and leading large-scale projects.

Salary : $122,100 - $203,500 USD Annual (20% MIP)
