Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, effectively managing a caseload of 25 clients per week.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based therapies through continuous professional development.
