2026 Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Your work in the following areas will ensure that our clients (entrepreneurs) get everything they deserve (and then some) when the time comes for a deal :

Collaborating with Analysts, and creating financial models and valuation models, pitch books, reports, presentations, confidential information memorandums and other materials essential to successful deals

Other duties as assigned

We provide growth planning, exit planning, investment banking, and wealth management services – all built exclusively for entrepreneurs. We have fun and build long-standing relationships with our clients, often working together for years before and / or after a transaction.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to prove understanding of the M&A process, valuation modeling (LBO, DCF, comparable transactions analysis, comparable companies analysis), ability to build a three-statement operating model, and strong PowerPoint skills.

Relevant degree with good academic track record is required (3.5 GPA or higher).

2026 Summer Intern hourly rate $25
