Job Description

The Machine Mechanic will be in charge of all the machines and equipment maintenance, repair and adjust to support safety operation and continuous productivity improvement.

Responsibilities :

In charge of all equipment and machines to ensure they run smoothly.

Perform daily routine preventative maintenance to the major parts of machines, including lubricating and tightening parts.

Must set up the machines according to the daily Production Plan in advance, and adjust machines until Quality Controller approves the quality.

Monitor and check the operations of the running machines to ensure production efficiency.

Assist our Process Engineers to purchase all tools, hardware fittings / parts, and others as required.

In charge of workshop area to ensure it's clean and organized, and lights are off in the shop at the end of the day.

Perform routine safety inspections prior to usage and after, and notify Safety Coordinator of safety concerns or maintenance concerns immediately.

Qualifications and Requirements :

1 to 2 years Machine Maintenance required

HSD / GED required

3 years experience of Machine Operations required

Must wear protective safety equipment such as steel toe shoes and safety glasses

The base pay range for this position is $18.00- $19.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
