Responsibilities & Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a comparable role
  • Proven success in high-volume environments
  • Train, mentor, and support staff at every level
  • Maintain guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Lead with confidence, inspire the team, and build a collaborative environment
